Samsung Warranty Repairs
DIGIMOB is the only authorised service centre for Samsung phones, wearable technology and tablets in SA and WA. If your device is under 24 months old, simply visit our service centre or send it in to us with a proof of purchase to have it tested. If your device is less than a month old and displaying faults, please return it to its place of purchase.
If the damage on your phone is not due to a manufacturing fault, don’t worry; we can fix that too. Although physical damage, water damage and software tampering are not covered under warranty, we can fix it at your cost and restore your warranty for the remainder of its 24-month manufacturer warranty period.
DIGIMOB repairs are carried out on site; our workshop skill-set and equipment mean we could pretty much build you a phone or a tablet, making common issues like charging port damage, sluggish batteries, water damage and cracked screens simple for you to have repaired.
We pride ourselves on our work, use the highest quality parts and back it up with a three month warranty on parts and labour. We can repair all makes and models of mobile phones, wearable technology and handheld tablet devices. You don’t need an appointment to visit DIGIMOB, but if you can’t make it in to our service centres, you can send your device by courier.
Our price list for common repairs is available on this website, but if you require an assessment on your device, we can provide them at a cost starting from $49.50 depending on your model, and within a turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours. If you approve your repairs, your assessment fee goes towards your total repair cost.
We require payment to proceed with repairs, and providing the parts are in stock, your device will be ready for collection within 24 to 48 hours of approval. If you require a speedier service, we can provide same-day rates at an additional $22 for any repair.
From a quick fix to a complete write-off, for $49.50 our technicians can assess your device and provide a written quote for your insurance provider to find faults accurately and cost considerately.
We are Western Australia and South Australia’s only Authorised Samsung Service Centres, complete with Smart Tutors to help customers get the most out of their Samsung devices. Samsung Smart Tutors are available in-store during business hours to help Samsung customers better understand, back-up or update their devices free of charge. DIGIMOB staff are available to teach you about your devices of any other make for $49.50 per hour.
DIGIMOB stocks screen protectors, chargers and cases for most makes and models of phones and tablets. If you require something we don’t stock, we would be happy to hunt it down from our suppliers.
